It is a powerful and versatile tool

that can be applied in everyday life.

Henry Watkins was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia.  Following his studies at Andover and Columbia University, he got his first break in show business working for Joan Rivers. Inspired by that experience, he went on to train with comedy luminaries like Phil Hartman and Jason Alexander, as well as graduating from the Second City Conservatory.  He performed hundreds of shows with a variety of comedy troupes including The Improvatorium, ACME Comedy Theatre, the musical improv group Second City Sings, and ultimately with the Groundlings Sunday Company. Now an alumni, he remains an instructor at the Groundlings School, teaching a variety of classes and levels. As a stand-up comic, he has appeared at the Comedy Store, The Improv and many smellier comedy venues.  In addition, he was co-creator of the pilots Slice and Ghost Boys, and was a series regular on the pilots Brooke and 4Cast.  Other TV appearances include The Young and The Restless, Superstore, The Neighbors, Man Up, and Christopher Guest's Census project. Henry also appeared alongside Jessica Lange on American Horror Story: Asylum and had recurring roles on Tosh.O.  He died in Midnight Movie, once died as a guest star on Spike TV’s 1000 Ways to Die, and was a contestant on Jeopardy, where he also died, oh well. Henry has appeared in more than fifty commercials, including as the national spokesman for Pictsweet Farms, Dish Network, and Direct TV's NASCAR HotPass.
